Questions before you buy

Which size is right for my dog?

Choose by weight: XS for dogs 2–7 kg, S for 7–12 kg and M for 12–18 kg. The size follows the Whimzees weight rating for the chews in the kit. We don't stock a kit for dogs over 18 kg.

Not sure? Email us your dog's weight and we'll tell you which size we'd send.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Standard shipping is included in the price, anywhere in Australia. There's no minimum to hit and nothing added at checkout.

We dispatch from Melbourne within 1–3 business days, and standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after that. If you're in a hurry, Express (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for $15. You'll get tracking by email once it ships.

We ship within Australia only.

How do I use the kit?

Brush with the Pet-Rite kit — start slowly, a few teeth at a time, and use pet toothpaste only. Use the Mavlab Dental Spray Gel on days you can't brush, following the label directions. Give one Whimzees Toothbrush chew a day, supervised, with fresh water available.

Does it replace vet dental care?

No. Home dental care complements a balanced diet and regular veterinary dental care — it doesn't replace either. If you have concerns about your dog's teeth or gums, speak to your vet.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

The kit contains food and oral hygiene products, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns — once they leave us we can't resell them. Please check sizing with us before ordering if you're unsure.

What if it arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?

Email us your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We'll replace it or refund you in full — your choice.

You won't pay return postage. In most cases the photo is enough. If we do need the item returned, we cover the cost.
