Before you email about an order
Have your order number handy — it's in your confirmation email and starts with a #. If your order has already shipped, your tracking link is in that same email.
Sizing questions
Tell us your dog's weight and we'll tell you honestly whether the bundle suits them. Our Premium Dog Dental Treat Bundle is built for medium dogs around 12–18kg.
Something arrived damaged or wrong?
Send us your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We'll sort out a replacement or refund — see Returns & Refunds for how that works.
