What does shipping cost?
Nothing — it's included in the $89. Standard shipping is free on every order, anywhere in Australia. No minimum spend, nothing added at checkout.
We dispatch from Melbourne within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. If you need it sooner, Express (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for $15.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Delivery estimates aren't guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, particularly to regional and remote areas.
Do you ship outside Australia?
No. We ship within Australia only.
Which size should I choose for my dog?
We stock small breeds only — X-Small for dogs 2–7 kg and Small for dogs 7–11 kg. Pick by weight, not by breed or enthusiasm. These breed lists are a guide:
| Size | Typical breeds |
|---|---|
| X-Small 2–7 kg |
Chihuahua · Yorkshire Terrier · Pomeranian · Toy Poodle · Papillon · Dachshund (Miniature) · Maltese · Shih Tzu · Toy Cavoodle · Japanese Spitz · Miniature Pinscher · Havanese |
| Small 7–11 kg |
Pug · West Highland White Terrier · Miniature Schnauzer · Boston Terrier · Jack Russell Terrier · Cavoodle · Cavalier King Charles Spaniel · Bichon Frise · Beagle · Miniature Poodle · Shetland Sheepdog · Fox Terrier · Lhasa Apso |
| Weigh yours first | French Bulldog and Corgi sit on the line and frequently exceed 11 kg. |
We don't stock anything for dogs over 11 kg. Cocker Spaniel, Staffy, Border Collie, Kelpie, Labrador, Golden Retriever, German Shepherd and similar — these chews are too small to be safe, because a bigger dog can swallow a small chew whole instead of chewing it.
Because we can't accept change-of-mind returns, please check before ordering — email us your dog's weight and we'll tell you honestly which one we'd send. Full detail is on our Feeding & Safety page.
Why does the Small bundle stop at 11 kg when the Whimzees pack says 12 kg?
Because the chews in that bundle are rated differently. The Whimzees Toothbrush Small is rated by the manufacturer for dogs 7–12 kg, but the Greenies Petite sitting next to it in the box is rated 7–11 kg.
We size the bundle to the smallest range in the box. That isn't a technicality — Greenies set their weight ranges because a treat that's too small for a dog gets swallowed rather than chewed, which defeats the dental purpose and is a real choking and blockage risk.
If your dog is over 11 kg, please don't buy this bundle. We'd rather lose the sale than sell you something that isn't safe for your dog.
Is the KONG a chew toy?
No. The KONG Squeezz Dental Bone is an interactive toy, designed to be used with you — fetch, chase, and stuffing the grooves with treats or paste.
Don't leave it out for your dog to work on alone. Inspect it regularly, take it away if your dog damages it or tries to swallow pieces, and replace it once it's worn. No dog toy is indestructible.
What if it arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?
We'll replace it or refund you in full — your choice. Email us your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging.
You won't pay return postage. In most cases we won't ask you to send food back at all — the photo is enough. If we do need an item returned, we send a prepaid label or reimburse your postage. You're never out of pocket for a problem that's ours.
Can I return the bundle if my dog doesn't like it?
No — most of what's in the box is food, and once a pack has left us we can't verify how it's been stored or resell it. We don't accept change-of-mind returns, including where your dog simply doesn't take to a particular treat.
That's a big part of why we sell a bundle instead of single packs. Dogs are fussy, and if one texture doesn't land there are others in the box.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected where goods are faulty, unsafe or not as described.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, if it hasn't been dispatched yet. Email us as soon as possible and we'll cancel and refund in full. Once the parcel is with the carrier we can't recall it.
How often should I give these treats?
The Whimzees Toothbrush and Greenies are designed as a once-daily chew. The Prime Pantry jerky works best broken up as a training reward. The Starmark Everlasting Treat is a longer session — use it when your dog needs occupying rather than every day.
Always follow the feeding guide printed on each individual pack, supervise your dog while they chew, and keep fresh water available.
Do dental treats replace brushing?
No. Dental treats reduce plaque and tartar build-up and help freshen breath, but they complement — they don't replace — a balanced diet and regular veterinary dental care. If you have concerns about your dog's teeth or gums, speak to your vet.
Are there any allergens I should know about?
The Whimzees Toothbrush treats are hypo-allergenic and gluten free, with no added meat, grains, wheat, corn, dairy, sugar, eggs, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. The Prime Pantry jerky is a single animal protein (chicken), grain free and soy free. The Starmark Everlasting Treat is chicken flavoured. Greenies Original is a wheat-based chew. The KONG is rubber and not edible.
If your dog has a known chicken allergy, two items in this bundle won't suit — check with us before ordering.
Dental treats are intended to support your dog's oral care routine alongside a balanced diet and regular veterinary dental care. Every dog is different and results vary.
