We dispatch from Melbourne within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. If you need it sooner, Express (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for $15.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Delivery estimates aren't guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, particularly to regional and remote areas.

Choose by your dog's weight. The kit sizes follow the manufacturer's weight rating for the Whimzees inside. These breed lists are a guide only:

We don't stock a kit for dogs over 18 kg. A chew that's too small for a dog can be swallowed whole instead of chewed, which is a choking and blockage risk.

Because we can't accept change-of-mind returns, please check before ordering — email us your dog's weight and we'll tell you honestly which size we'd send.

• Toothbrush & toothpaste: brushing is the most effective thing you can do at home. Start slowly — a few teeth at a time — and build up. The finger brush helps with dogs who aren't used to a handle yet. Use pet toothpaste only, never human toothpaste.
• Mavlab Dental Spray Gel: useful on days you can't brush, or while your dog gets used to brushing. Always follow the directions on the label. For animal use only.
• Whimzees Toothbrush chews: one per day, for dogs over 9 months. Supervise while your dog chews and keep fresh water available.

Whimzees are for dogs over 9 months. If your dog is still teething, or is a senior with dental disease, sore gums or missing teeth, check with your vet before starting brushing, a dental gel or hard chews.

We'll replace it or refund you in full — your choice. Email us your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging.

You won't pay return postage. In most cases we won't ask you to send anything back — the photo is enough. If we do need an item returned, we send a prepaid label or reimburse your postage.

No — the kit contains food and oral hygiene products, and once they've left us we can't verify how they've been stored or resell them. We don't accept change-of-mind returns.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected where goods are faulty, unsafe or not as described.

Yes, if it hasn't been dispatched yet. Email us as soon as possible and we'll cancel and refund in full. Once the parcel is with the carrier we can't recall it.

No. Brushing, a dental gel and dental chews support your dog's oral care at home, but they complement — they don't replace — a balanced diet and regular veterinary dental care. If your dog has sore gums, bleeding, loose teeth or bad breath that doesn't improve, see your vet.

Whimzees Toothbrush chews are vegetarian and free from grains, gluten and artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. The Mavlab gel contains chlorhexidine — don't use it if your dog has reacted to chlorhexidine before. Check the full ingredient list on each pack, and ask us before ordering if you're unsure.
